I'm sorry to hear about your heartburn. I feel your pain and had the same problem.

It wasn't until I changed my diet to a raw foods diet that I was finally able to heal myself. I also

drank raw cabbage juice 4 times a day too.

These 2 methods worked wonders.

As for the raw foods diet, it doesn't have to be celery sticks and carrots for dinner. There are a ton of recipes for raw foods that are easy to prepare and really good to eat too.

Also just because you start doing a raw foods diet doesn't mean that you have to do a 100% raw food diet. I still eat meat and chicken (cooked of course) but I'll also make myself a raw side dish too. I also had to stay away from all processed foods too. If I read the back of the label and saw an ingredient that I had no idea what it was, I didn't eat it.

My problem was that I had an enzyme deficiency. While I was doing the raw foods diet and drinking cabbage juice, I was also taking enzyme vitamins which helped a lot too.

Good luck and hope all is well...

I almost bet 100% you have a hiatal hernia... and you can cure this in 5 minutes by doing the hiatal hernia diaphragm shifting technique for free at home... I learned it here.. www.hiatusherniarelief.com Best thing I have ever done in my life... I had heartburn just like you one night and when I went to see the pharmacist he told me a little unknown secret that you never hear about... and since then I have not had to depend on zantac, or my prevacid subscription again...

First of all you need to see a gastroenterologist. Heart burn is the stomach acids burning the fine delicate skin of the esophagus. How do I know? Because I have the same thing. But EVERYDAY!! I take Protonix 2x a day and then zofran for the nausea. Prilosec has seen good results as well. My story follows. Good luck to you

I have been "VERY ILL" for 10 weeks now with. I didn't know what was wrong. Just all of a sudden I had deep belches and rushes of Wind (yes wind) out of my mouth from my throat. Intensed burning in between my ribs going around to my back after I ate. I felt like my food was stuck above my stomach for a while and that is when the burning starts. After a while there would be some relief when my tummy would accept the food but then I think my tummy was so acidy from waiting that I was very nauseated. Ended up in hospital for a week where they did every test known to man and since my lipase was elevated slightly (115) they called in pancreatitis. However, the pancreas showed no signes of swelling, gall bladder was fine as well as every other test they ran....except.......the endoscopy showed a hiatal hernia, esophigitis and acid reflux. Well that was 3 weeks ago. I still have alot of discomfort. Nausea, no appetite (have gone from 131 lbs to 114 lbs in 10 weeks) tightness in tummy and just feel like poopoo because of the weight loss and not being able to eat much at all. I am on Protonix 2x a day and zofran for nausea after meals. In your experiences has anyone had it to this extent? If so what courses of treatment did you take. any help you can lend would be great. My personal email is gtvanilla@yahoo.com I have a appt follow up with my gastroenterologist today. I am thinking of asking him to repair the hiatal hernia unless any of you have a miracle cure. Thank you so much for listening. Hope to hear from you.
