acid reflux
About 4 years ago I sat down and ate awhole bunch of mexican food. I then began to lift weights about 45 minutes later. All of a sudden i developed a pain in my chest. This pain or uncomfortableness went on about 2.5 months as a saw doctors and tried medication that did not work. I had an endoscopy done they found nothing. I wore the tube down my nose for 24 hours again nothing. so the doctor said stop lifting weights. I did and it slowly got better over a few months. Four years later I am lifting lite weights daily. One day I am lifting lightly i get finished and go eat some mexican food. Then boom it is deja vu all over again. It has been giong on for two months. I have not lifted since then. i had an endoscopy done again and this time i was with abump on my esophagus that was luckily benign, and this time they found acid reflux. Is there anybody who has some good advice about this.
