Ive been in alot of pain, i think it may be heartburn, im not sure

I just got out of school awhile ago. I turned 18 in sept. 14. I was put on a diet by a doctor, while in school. And i was on it for a while, and lost alot of weight, but had trouble staying on the diet cause i stopped losing weight after awhile. But when i got off the diet after a while i noticed a very sharp pain in my chest, it hurt so bad. I dont know what it was, it wasnt as bad then, but now that im out of school, and i still have trouble staying on my diet, i have worse pain. I have gained some of my weight back, ive tryed to stay on my diet, its so hard. But when i overeat alittle I get really bad pains. These last few days Ive been so sick. The first day was tuesday, its now thursday. Late thursday i overate alittle, and I got this burning feeling in my stomic, and it felt like it was moving up my throat, but then i felt my lungs like tighting up, i couldnt really breathe, my chest started to hurt so bad i felt like passing out, my muscles started to hurt all through my arms, shoulders, and back, i felt weak, like i couldnt hold myself up, felt like laying down and sleeping, but if i layed down the pain would get worser, the only way i could ease the pain alittle was by sitting and rocking myself back and forth, and i had to breathe in very fast, and take small breathes. But the pain was just too bad. My sister went and got some antacid I started to drink out of the bottle, and i just kept drinking before i knew i about drunk the whole bottle, and a half in hour later the pain stopped then came back alittle, but then i started to throw up all night, and finally went to sleep around 4:30am, and slept for a half in hour, then got up started to throw up again, felt dizzy, got pains through my muscles again, cramps in my muscles. I was scared afraid that i could have poisoned myself on the bottle of antacid, then slept i couldnt eat anything, the next day after sleeping all moring i felt alittle better, i was afraid to eat, but after 7:00pm i ate 1 piece of toast, then i got really bad cramps in my muscles, in my back , and my chest. Felt like throwing up again. Sleeping was the only thing that made me feel better. Still recovering from being sick its been 3 days days now, i ate a piece of toast with a piece of cheese, and im hopeing i dont get anymore pain. I dont know whats wrong. I need to see a doctor, i tryed to get my mom to take me, she said she would when she has the money, but im afraid that whatever this is it could get worse. I dont think i can go through this again, this is the 3 time its been this bad. I dont know what to do. It gets worser evertime it happens. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
