Alternatives to Surgery
I have a small Hiatal Hernia and GERD as well as Barretts which is under control thanks to Nexium. I have respiratory problems and can't undergo surgery requiring general anethesia unless it's a life or death matter. The Enteryx procedure as well as the Endo-stitch are options that don't involve general anesthesia, but I would like to hear from others with a similar problem or those who have already had these procedures. My doctor is starting to do the Enteryx procedure, but says it is still very new. Any info is welcome
