It's important to remember that genetics play a crucial role in weight. Your DNA shapes your body, and no amount of dieting or exercise can force your body to adopt a drastically different size. That's why eating healthily and doing safe exercise are the best strategies to having a healthy, beautiful body.

I agree. losing weight is very simple actually: eating less and doing exercises more. And one thing to keep in mind is that you should keep doing it year by year.

I think the most important thing is "Habit". When used to eat salad instead of fried food, when used to do some sports every week instead of "coach potatoing..", losing weight is the process not the result. The result is feeling more and more confident for your body shape...

It has really helped me to stay motivated because I know I’m going to blog each night about whether I stuck to my diet today!
