need true advice

Thisis hani i like this board thou i post under the wonderfull one www.heartburn-help.com. the reason iam posting her that i noticed that many peaple done entyrex proceedure. now i challenge if any body suffer like me this is not my guess but the 3 GI i see told me that i have sever reflux .ok my story began 5 years ago no hearburn at all only metallic and bitter tast and burning lump in the throat ,done all the test took all the drugs which dont help ,done failed stretta procedure last 2 years, last year had nissins fundo but failed the next day as i daily suffer and pain is too much i only have LPR type GERD all the ph study before and after the surgery shows signifact and sever reflux ,iam going crazy, now i only have 2 more chances the surgean would redo my fundo to make it more tight or the new gi say i already have tight les and the entryrex might help ,pls and feed back or advice hani
